Privacy

What we collect

• —Your email and license key (to deliver your purchase).
• —Your Mac's hardware UUID, hashed (to enforce the 3-machine activation limit).
• —Anonymous usage events — opt-in only, off by default. When enabled, DripFoundry sends:
  • app_launched — once per launch, with the app version and a coarse hardware tier (lite / full / studio).
  • crash_detected — fired the run after an unclean shutdown. Just a counter; no stack trace, no log file.
  • generation_completed / generation_failed — the generation type (e.g. “drum_loop”), task type (e.g. “text”), and either duration or a coarse error class. Never the prompt, lyrics, or filenames.
  • pack_installed — the public id of any style pack you install (e.g. “trap”).
  Events are stored anonymously for 90 days then deleted. Because they carry no identifier, we cannot delete events from a specific user — toggle the switch in Settings → Privacy to stop transmission.

What we never collect

• —Audio you generate, prompt text, file names, session paths. Generation runs entirely on your Mac — none of it leaves the machine.
• —Audio you train on. Custom style-pack training runs on your Mac. Your training folder is never uploaded.
• —Customer payment details. Stripe handles that; we only receive the email associated with your purchase.

Third parties

• —Stripe for payments. Stripe privacy policy.
• —Resend for license-delivery email. Resend privacy policy.
• —Supabase for our license database. Supabase privacy.

Data deletion

Email support@dripfoundry.com. We'll wipe your record within 7 days.
